Collagen Equine Tendon Type 1 The collagen reagent is a clear, stabilised liquid reagent.  Following the industry guidelines, abp's collagen is sourced from equine tendon - Type 1, and correlates very well with the established industry standard (see comparison here...). Lyophilized Platelets Lyophlized Platelets are prepared from fixed human platelets and have been lyophilized for long term stability.  abp's platelets are optimized to function with , the worlds source of Ristocetin Sulphate. Lyophilized Platelets are for use in the quantification of Ristocetin Cofactor Activity/von Willebrand Factor Activity in plasma. Each vial of lyophilized platelets is reconstituted with the required amount of Tris-buffered saline to give a platelet count of approximately 200x109/l. Arachidonic Acid Arachidonic Acid reagent is a lyophilized preparation of 5mg/ml of Arachidonic Acid with buffer and stabilizers.
